Go to 'hosts' file in Windows

Version 1

  1. Open new tab (ctrl+T)
  2. Type in 'c'
  3. Press enter (c: drive should be highlighted)
  4. Type in 'win'
  5. Press enter ('Windows' directory should be highlighted)
  6. Type in 's32'
  7. Press enter ('System32' directory should be highlighted)
  8. Type in 'dr'
  9. Press enter ('drivers' directory should be highlighted)
  10. Type in 'e'
  11. Press enter ('etc' directory should be highlighted)
  12. Press ctrl+H

Version 2

  1. Press alt+space (this will open Application Launcher)
  2. Type in 'notepad'
  3. Press enter ('Notepad' should be highlighted)
  4. Type in notepad: 'C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts'
  5. Select that and copy it to clipboard (ctrl+C)
  6. Press alt+` to open Proto
  7. Open new tab (ctrl+T)
  8. Press ctrl+P
  9. Press ctrl+H
